85% of BSEC students have passed matriculation exams in the past 4 years, compared to 52% nationally
70% of BSEC students live on campus
58% of the students are from Bet Shemesh, the other 42% come from the moshavim surrounding Bet Shemesh, as well as from towns throughout Israel
The average class size is 20 - 24 students
90% of those enrolled at Bet Shemesh are in need of counseling
Close to 100 Ethiopian immigrants have graduated from Bet Shemesh and some have even gone on to elite units in the Israeli Defense Force (IDF)
95% of the 12th graders graduated in 2009: 80% went on to the IDF, the other 20% enrolled in programs preparing them to enter the IDF
Annually, approximately 30 graduates go on to attend Hesder Yeshivot programs, which combine Torah studies and military service in the IDF
